Assassination Skill Line Haste morph Focussed Attacks isn't applying the proper bonus to combat stamina regen.
My combat stamina regen is 99. With the buff from Focussed Attacks which should apply 40% my combat stamina regen is 122.
99 x 1.4= 138.6
So its not applying the full bonus. The soft cap is 129. It should be 133.
