Fix for Stanina builds and reason to wear heavy and medium armor..,
5 piece bonus increase in reduction..
Heavy armor 5 piece
-50% to block/bash/sprint/break
Medium
-50% roll/sneak/break
Obviously may need adjusting, but your thoughts?
