Small PvX guild preparing for organized PvP (In addition to our existing events like Dungeon Night)

<Ancient ***> is a PvX guild. Created about 2 weeks ago, we are growing fast. 46 members currently.
We have weekly Dungeon Run Night, soon to have guild store vendor, etc.
Our next addition is Organized PVP. Anyone who joins in our guild pvp events will have the cost of the guild tabard reimbursed by the guild. Just something small we can do to encourage participation.
