Bugged stealth...

Does anyone know the answer, why stealth is still bugged after more then half year since release?
Why in PvP sometimes you can reenter stealth witout any problems but sometimes you should run miles away from combat to be able to enter stealth again. Does someone work on this problem? What are the terms of the problem solution?

I believe you're experiencing the stuck in combat bug. It is perhaps my favorite bug. You can't reenter stealth because the game thinks you're still in combat. Sometimes it's a matter of just waiting it out until the game catches up, sometimes it's a corpse that's breaking your stealth, and you just have to wait for the dead player to respawn. I could be wrong, but I don't recall seeing any statement from ZOS saying they are working on this, but it's been going on forever.

And in case you think to yourself "Well at least it's only in PvP, at least it's only breaking the game for nightblades, at least it's only a small fraction of players who are having the game break every ten *** minutes," allow me to kill your optimism. It happens in PvE all the damned time, it happens to all classes, and it causes a lot more problems than just ruining the *** out of stealth.

FIX THE *** STUCK IN COMBAT GLITCH!

Edit: Also, I've found that the vampire mist usually restealths me. Not always, but I'd guess about 60% of the time that shadow cloak fails and I'm stuck in combat, mist can get me back to hidden. Could be worth a try.
