Cannot login to my game please help me

Hey when ever input my username and password into the game it fails to login. Iv checked everything. Then there are 2 options . 1 says to go to the account and i input my info there then i get this message "your account has been suspeneded". So i cannot go any further. I provided the customer support people with my card number and details like paypal id / email, secret question but still i get no proper answere. They tell me its not correct but it is.
My account may of been hacked. Why is it that i can log into this site:

I know that one mega server is offline for repairs does that mean if choose the other gateway i can login succesfully?


The ban is accedental BELEAVE ME and many other people have gone through the same thing.

I have not cheated in anyways. I am a good and responsible player. I will not hard anythng at all.


If you think i have done something bad just email me because i did not get any emails.

Plus, i purchase the game through online store: ozgameshop.net and they shiped the game to be and isnide the box was a serial code which i used to activate the game but before that i had to create an account using the email: raghavmbtafe@gmail.com and then click on the redeem code button . That took me to a text box then i had to input the code i had on a slip which i found inside the box.
I did what i had to and loged out after the activation confirmation. Then tried to log back in and it said " account has been suspended". I got no emails so far about the ban and the reason for the ban. Im sure its a bug and you must fix it before people start complaining again.

    #1: You should NEVER post your actual email address in a forum post. That is just asking for it to be taken and for you to possibly get hacked.

    #2: You need to go to the account page and attempt to log in there. If it comes up with an error message there, then you need to email customer support.

    #3: Customer support will ask you for your information. First and Last name, Answer to your Security Question.
    If they come back stating the answers you provided them DO NOT match, then you need to explain to them that your account may have been hacked. You will need to provide them with your Date of Birth and your Billing address. (Information that cannot be seen nor changed on the accounts page, even though we had to fill out that information. It will also help to send them the game codes.

    Again, if that information is not correct, then you are unfortunately out of luck.

    #4: Posting looking for help in the General Discussions area of the forum will not help you. You can try in the Customer Service part of the forum, but the most they will do is make a ticket for you. Again, DO NOT post any personal account information in your forum post.
