Facial Animations in Update 5 and Inappropriate NPC Gesturing

I know that one of the features coming in Update 5 is improved facial animation; having not played on the PTS can anyone tell me if this also helps with the inappropriate NPC gestures? For example, I've played through a number of quests where I am talking with an NPC and the dialogue suggests anything but a relaxed attitude and then the NPC starts scratching the back of his/her head. Most recently while in the quest to free Lyris Titanborn from Coldharbour, during the scene where you encounter Sai Sahan's projection; she is upset and calling out to him, and while calling out to him she begins scratching the back of her head.
