WTS One Flower!! A new Trick?

Hi,
maybe it sounds a little bit paranoid but i have a met some Players in the Chat who sells only one Flower for 80 Gold. After that they sell the next one.
Some other Seller offer 3 Flowers for 70 Gold and as i said i dont want them, they send them to me.
Some of the People say Things like, *please it is necessary, please buy it*!!
All of them i have met in Rawl Kha, Reapersmarch. That is a Level 40 Zone so the Sellers dont have anything from 70 or 80 Gold for a Flower. The normal offers are more a Stack there.
I talked to some Guildmembers and they find this strange too. We thought alot over the Possibilities, what System could stand behind this new Marketing?
I mean, sure if someone send you some Flowers and set the Price for 10K there, over COD, he could stole some Money if you are to sleepy to see this. But maybe there is another Tactic behind this.
As i said before, maybe this is a little Paranoid but these are not a few Situations, i see this again and again. So if you see similar Situations or know why they could do this, please post it here.

✭✭✭Oh wow, I think I've seen the real live version of this scam having traveled abroad once while visiting Rome. In the major tourist areas, a young man would hand women flowers, very insistent that they accept this "gift". After which they demand the money be paid for the flower.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
