Disconects - Please fix

Well i'm writing this post down because I've been having a lot of issues with Disconects after the last Hotfix (small patch they did).
The game can throw you away from time to time for no reason at all (or not one I am aware of) and it is not only happening to me because it happened several times to my friends too. We wiped already 7 times that I can remember because of this issue in dungeons, someone just stops walking and tells you in TS that he has been disconected. He dies and then the group follows.
If anyone had the same problem please post!

PD: You can log inmeditaly after the DC.
