Healthy Trait on rings needs to be fixed!

I've said it before but this is really bothering me lately that I want to use certain sets but they only come with accessories with the Healthy trait. Everywhere in the game you get health at 1.5x the value compared to stamina/magicka EXCEPT for the Healthy trait. If you're wearing three Healthy trait accessories that is 120 HP that you are missing out on because of a Zenimax oversight.
