Spell Power, Weapon Crit

Is there a listing anywhere of the powers that scale based on weapon power, but use weapon crit? Specifically, I am wondering about the following powers:

1) Assassin's Blade
2) Teleport Strike
3) Veiled Strike
4) Destructive Touch


Also, as a bit of an aside, does the Imperial passive skill Red Diamond work with these powers as well, or only on weapon attacks?

Basically, if its a Weapon skill, it is governed by Weapon Power.

Now, skills like Impulse seem to come from Weapon Power (which is why Surge is so nice to use before Impulse) even though this page says it comes from Magic Damage

I don't have the flying numbers on my screen from an add on like Foundry Tactical Combat to see the differences. I just know that mobs go down quicker from Destruction Staff Skills when I use Surge (which increases weapon power)

Even then, ZOS changes this up from time to time for balance issues. So it could change, and could have been changed since that page I linked was updated.

I've been hoping to find some kind of table of information about skills and weapons and where damage comes from and what effects it as it seems they vary quite a bit it seem. Hopefully there is one or someone with good knowledge thinks it would be good to create one.
