Dolmens too easy?

Lately I have been soloing all of the VR dolmens. It seems like they always used to take 5+ people to complete and there used to be endless swarms of enemies. Now it seems like there are only ever 3 enemies at a time on them and it is too easy. Is this just my class set up being perfect for soloing or are they getting easier as we level up?

For anyone wondering, I use a full magicka (49 attribute points) build Templar with 7 light armor.

    Your build definitely helps. The only part of dolmens that give me trouble is the final wave, especially generals. Normal waves are pretty easy though.

    That being said, dolmens scale on the number of players around. More people, more daedra spawn. If you solo, you don't get as many enemies to spawn.
    If she doesn't know the pain of cliffracers, she's too young for you.

    The number of enemies at the Dolmen scales to the number of Players at the Dolmen. So, 3 enemies sounds about right for a Solo on a Dolmen. If you want scads of enemies, then you need to have more players. I think the count is set when you take out the cultists in the beginning.

    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    So if what you're saying is true then 5 players can send in one to kill the first wave and set the enemy NPC number to 3, then all five can have an easy day at the dolmen?

    Probably. I am usually too busy when someone shows up after I start a Dolmen solo to count the enemies. However, who knows how close you have to be to get the spawn count to change.

    Rarely do I come across a dolmen that is being solo'd. I thought I had one time, until the 6 players that died before I got there resurrected, they had run a short distance from the Dolmen and were all killed. This was in one of the leveling zones. Anyway, there was one daedra there, so I kill it, then next thing I know, there are like 5 or 6 daedroths and ogrims chasing after me. It was close there for a while. Good thing a General showed up at the end.

    The fewer people you have participating the fewer monsters you face.

    I do not recall if this is how it has always been or if it was changed at some point, but I do know that it has been this way for a while now. At least 1-2 months.

    I think the change, if it happened, was back when they scaled back the Vet monsters so that they were easier for single player users to deal with. So maybe back somewhere around 1.2.

    They did and they should have left the group stuff alone. I couldn't solo a public dungeon with my NB back in May. I blow through them with my Templar.

    The pinions used to stop the waves after clicking on all four, now the waves end without touching one.
