Horses no longer require forward momentum to jump over a stone.

It only took 7 months. Can we have that transfer over to the toons sometime too?

Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

    I'm now cautiously optimistic about not seeing King Laloriaran Dynar in four different places post quest-completion.

    (I think there's LOADS of really good stuff besides that, also.)

    It's a small thing, but the magic return from kills from Elemental Ring is nice. I had thought I was not getting the magic back from those.

    • You now need to be at least Alliance Rank 6 to purchase Forward Camps.
    • Devouring Swarm (morph of Bat Swarm): Reduced the healing on this ability by 30%.
    • Evil Hunter: This ability now highlights vampire player characters in Cyrodiil.

    Love it! Thank you ZOS! Now every other player I meet in Cyrodiil will be lit up indicating they are a Vamp, or more than likely, 90% of them. The Alliance Rank requirement for forward camps will help put a dent in troll camps and Alliance spying.

    The snipe change, could spell the end of impulse spam. People will start to use single target damage abilities rather than AOE.

    Doesn't bother me. That's sort of realistic in a way, and if you decide to wear light armor and leave yourself vulnerable to arrows that's your choice.

    This will work better with an armor overhaul though. Heavy armor needs to protect very well vs arrows and weapons, light armor almost not at all, and medium somewhere in the middle.

    The the stupid blue spinning balls are smaller. Not as great as a complete removal but I have stopped expecting great stuff from this game a while ago. The rest are just a bunch of BS changes.

    I quite liked the broken character templates they took three days to create on the PTS.. Shows their excellent QA... And gave me the chance to reclaim quite a few gigs of HD space.

    Nothing ridiculous about there being archers in major battles. That complaint doesn't even make any sense. It's great to see archers becoming more popular or at least viable. 20% reduction? UMAD Bro? lol

    I know, right!? Heavy armor "should" offer better protection vs physical attacks. It aslo "should" slow the person down wearing it. It "should" offer less protection vs elemental attacks, especially Lightning. It "should" reduce stamina and magika regen. I mean, as long as we're speaking of "shoulds."

    There already are tons of dedicated archers in Cyrodiil, it's probably the second most common build after reflect bunnies. Bursting people down with bow is very much viable as it stands. Cutting the cast time almost in half while barely touching the damage is way over the top.

    What bow needs is a substantial increase in sustained damage to be viable in other scenarios while not adding even more burst.

    They only have to remove the sneak bonus DMG from Bows.
    For me, Bows are the same as Destruction Staffs and Class Spells. Anytime Range DPS and like Spells, Bow Attacks shouldn`t get Sneak Bonus DMG.

    As I see it. Sneak DMG is a bonus for Melee Skills, that brings themself into danger for moving into close combat.

    Remove it and Bows are fine with the 1.5 changes.

    Or make it that the bonus for an opening sneak hit be a half or less of that of melee sneak hits. In previous TES games the ranged sneak crits did less damage for a reason.

    There is not much more sense in spells not doing sneak attack damage either but that is another story.

    The problem is the dps/tank/healer class/magicka based build is dominant. I just want some level of parity, as there's none at the moment.
