1.5 Dungeon/Delve Scaling Questions

In Friday's ESO Live broadcast, it was mentioned that ZOS personnel would he monitoring the forums for questions about 1.5. I now have some questions about the dungeon/delve scaling which I hope they will answer.

1. Does the new level scaling also apply to the delves in Cyrodiil?

2. Can this scaling be toggled on/off or is it automatic?

3. Does the scaling also increase the quest XP, quest rewards and treasure chest loot or does the scaling only apply to mobs, bosses and the loot they drop?

Think the Delvs aren't scaled, they are just redesigning all of them eventually. Larger, more creatures...so far the ones I have done, lots more fun!

Only the Dungeons will be level scaled. Scales to group leader? I don't remember but that seems right.

On one hand, I like the idea of being able to flick on delve scaling, even if it just kicks them into vet mode. Particularly if it's tied to the vet mode dungeon switch on the party screen.

At the same time, I really hope it's a toggle.

Star Trek Online switched to the forced scaling, and (ignoring the issues with it) it did remove one really fun side activity, of returning to an instance you were egregiously overleveled for and curb stomping everything in sight, as retribution for your first trip through.

I am fairly certain (well, 80% certain) that one of the devs on Friday's ESO Live said the delves would be included in this change. I will fire up the show and watch it again for confirmation.
