Can't ID these buff icons

I've tried srendarr and ZAM and they won't identify these temporary buffs I keep getting. This one in particular I'm getting from casting mage's guild spells (inner light and volcanic rune) but I have no passives that I can find that would give me a buff from casting them.

What is this 8 second green buff?

I believe that is the Mage Light notification icon. To let you know that it's running.

that is might of the mages guild buff (ie. 10/20% dmg after you cast a mages guild skill). If you dont have the passive, then its just your add on thinking you do and casting it. Do you have level 9/10 mages guild? because that would make your add on think you got the passive.

No I only have 6/10 mages guild. So it's my add-on messing up?
