Digital Upgrade Question

Since I finally got word back from tech support that they are unable to process any of my cards (debit/credit) to purchase the digital upgrade (even though they were able to process my card to buy the game 
). I have been looking on the Internet to see if I can find any place that sells the digital upgrade other than the Zenimax store. I have not found any yet. Does anyone know if it can be purchased anywhere else?

sgtsgt✭I did see that but it was saying, at least from my understanding, that I had to have ESO on steam to be able to get it. I wasn't a fan of buying Skyrim DVD and then having to download from steam on top of that.0

✭✭I don't know if this is possible so don't go and do it without getting more input from others, but I wonder if it's possible to register the game you have now as a non-Steam game then buy the digital upgrade key from Steam and apply to the non-Steam game?0 -

I've got ESO via Steam and this sounds doable, according to what I've seen/read.

If that doesn't work, you could just attach your credit card to a Paypal account then buy it via the ESO store with Paypal.
