They're giving a load of info away right now through livestreams - most likely more than they would in a road ahead imo.
Communication right now isn't bad, watch the eso live vids if you want some info.

They said The Road Ahead would come out around the time Update 5 went to PTS. My guess is middle to late next week, maybe early the week following.

@lordrichter Update 5 is coming to the PTS this Thursday, surely we should have the letter by now?

The last Road Ahead was released a day after update 4 was pushed on to the PTS, so not necessarily.

Anyway, I imagine anything in the next Road Ahead will just be redundant.
