Bombard or Acid Spray morph

I am a VR1 NB and plan on pvp'ing often. Which would be the best morph? I am not sure if the CC > damage in this case.

Unless you're looking to use the morag tong set to buff poison damage, acid spray probably isn't worth it. The aoe ranged immobilize on bombards too good to be worth an extra poison dot in pvp.
Though, because of my pve build I personally use acid spray ;P but that's besides the point. But yes, in pvp most of the time CC > damage, especially when the CC ability does ok damage to begin with.0
