How to stop being a WW

Nightfall33
Is there a way to stop being a WW I mean I really sucks it doesn't help in any way unless you are turned and to turn you must gather TONS of ultimate and stuff.

And it's useless in PvP , I just can't understand why am I more vunreable to poison if I'm not even turned this is an unreasonable debuff . As apposed to Vampire that get all their skills (usefull as strong ones) whenever they want

How do I turn back to normal?

Well there is a Werewolf update coming in the next big patch.

But if you need to get rid of it, go to the same city where you got the quest for it, and go to the temple there, talk to the Priest and pay the fee and it removes it.

Go find a priest of Arkay, get cured. It costs a couple grand, if I remember correctly.

Or, you know, hold out for 1.5 and the werewolf buffs that are coming then, and reevaluate.

If you're doing the wolfing out right, the ultimate cost shouldn't be too much of an impediment. Try using passives like Blood Rage and Banish the Wicked. Your class will have a way to generate ultimate (like the NB's Transfer) or reduce the cost of ultimates, which will further trivialize it.

Make sure you've upgraded your transform to IV. A level 1 transform costs 500 ultimate, but a level 4 is 400.

Abilities that just flat out generate ultimate, like Carve are fantastic.

Also, buy Devour and use it.

No, seriously, buy Devour and use it. This will let you extend your transformation massively so long as you've got a dead humanoid victim to nom on.

If you're willing to take an effectiveness hit, socket pounce on your normal skill bar, you can't use it, but then morph it to feral pounce and keep it there until feral pounce hits 4. This will extend your transform by 4 seconds, which might not sound like much, but you'll notice it.

Your Call of the Pack affects you too. It's not great but it is another couple seconds.

I did buy it but it's so complitly useless in PvP...

The simple answer? Stop using the ability! That is the lazy man's choice. Or you could do as @starkerealm pointed out and just have it removed by the Priest of Arkay. Just make sure you get your achievement for the Max Werewolf Level received once you max out the skill line level.

    Where is this priest?

Riften, Evermore, ...someplace in Reaper's March, I still haven't been in Reaper's March on a character above 20, so I don't have a solid grasp of the place.

For what it's worth, the buffs that are coming might make WWs PvP viable. That's an open question, though.

    No one knows yet.

The Priest of Arkay is in Rawl'kha, if you're Dominion, inside the Mage's Guild in the far, curtained-off back room. If you really want to get rid of it, make sure you go and respec first otherwise you will lose all the skill points you put into Werewolf.

It cost me 62 gold to have the Priest of Arkay (in Riften - top floor of the Mage's guild) cure me of vampirism just a day or two ago.

I know that he'll also cure lycanthropy, but I don't know what he'll charge for the cure (I would guess the same, but I'm not sure).

So either be patient and use another Ultimate in it's place until the buffs go live or cut sling load, respec and get it cured.

    Your call.

    Thanks, Nightfall. :)

(By the way - I had just been bitten a day earlier, in a fight I picked with some bloodfiends I stumbled across in Bangkorai - but I hadn't followed through with actually becoming a vampire.

If you're a full-blown werewolf with abilities and all, I wouldn't be surprised if the priest charges you more for a cure than he charged me. Just a thought.)
