Resolved (ty again!)--SECURITY CONCERN : Can't get a hold of support

I tried the number provide for canada/us and mexico and the phone company says the numbers not active.

I have tried filling reports... a few days back for email assistance.... 141007-001291

and today a little before 9:30am for a phone call 141010-000450

I have gotten no call back and no email responses.

I can not log into the game and I can not log into my account area.
I have tried to reset the password (although I know I am using the right one) and it asks me what chore I dislike and I cant recall the answer I would have put in..... I can not even recall ever providing an answer for that question.

I am worried my account has been compromised and I can not get assistance.

Please can some one help me???

Just got my call and they were reallllllly kind and helped me out lots. But I forgot to tell them that the toll free number doesn't work!

I don't know what what had happened to the password but they helped me reset it and it seems to be working great. And they checked and did not see any suspicious actions on my account that I can not vouch for.
