NB bow vs daggers

Hey all

Can someone explain to me why daggers are so much better then bow for pvp? My opener from stealth is way better with bow coz I can hold my fully charged charged attack then hit concealed weapon and they both hit at same time. Also I think the passives from bow vs dw passives arent that much of a difference.

If you use Dagger you only use 1 Skills(or2 in 2 bars) from it the rest is MAGIKA. If you use Bow you will play Staminy based

Well im not using any weapon skill since most of them are crap anyway. Bow is just for the normal attacks. Thats why i dont see why daggers would be better.

You have an Excellent spammable range Daggerskill + you have flurry. Flurry is really nice and you can use your Staminapool for DMG when your Magika is down.

Most use Staff for magika and when they Bow then they go Stamina

Just camoflauge hunter, lethal arrow, mark target while arrow is in flight,spam light attacks+posiin arrow ftw. Unless going against dk then just cloak out and find someone more squishy. Wear med arrmor and plus wep dmg stuff. U will be good. Daggers arentthat good unless u go all magica based armor.

Add a side note consider swords over daggers for dw in PvP, daggers provide crit but a lot of ppl stack impenetrable while swords provide a damage increase

I'm curious why you seem to believe this, personally.

I've found Bow to be a lot better, I've moved to Bow/2H where previously I was Bow/DW. Bow is my bread and butter, and I use it around 80% of the time.

IF your build is more Spell damage and a magicka build, then yes you'll find that dual wielding daggers is better, true about the swords btw, you just lose out on the extra crit with daggers.

IF you are weapon damage heavy and leaning to more of a Stamina build, then you'll find that your bow will yeild a higher output.

It's more than worth it though, the +5% damage is much better than the critical chance in PVP which will be rendered pointless. Two weapons is helpful though, the 7 spell damage from a two item set means I can keep a spell damage of 130 (the sweet spot) but still keep my magic regen at 130.
