Nightblade Khajiit Melee Crit Chance

So I'm playing a nightblade khajiit. When I use Shadowy Disguise, it increases my crit chance to 70%. The next skill I use will be a Nightblade skill, so it's a spell right? Does a Khajiit's Carnage +6% bonus to crits, and daggers bonus to crits work on a nightblade skill? Or does Carnage and daggers only apply to Dual Wield attacks?

shadowy disguise stacks on both spell and weapon crit. Same with the daggers. Carnage is applied to all critical hits. Unless the skill tip specifies weapon/spell crit/power it applies to both.
