Nightblade Khajiit Melee Crit Chance

So I'm playing a nightblade khajiit. When I use Shadowy Disguise, it increases my crit chance to 70%. The next skill I use will be a Nightblade skill, so it's a spell right? Does a Khajiit's Carnage +6% bonus to crits, and daggers bonus to crits work on a nightblade skill? Or does Carnage and daggers only apply to Dual Wield attacks?

Jacques Berge✭✭✭✭shadowy disguise stacks on both spell and weapon crit. Same with the daggers. Carnage is applied to all critical hits. Unless the skill tip specifies weapon/spell crit/power it applies to both."Shadow hide you"
