Infinite Load Screen Bug... Stop the madness!

I have nightmares about infinite load screens. Sometimes when I'm walking down the street and I see a shadow behind me, I turn and for a moment, I think I see an infinite load screen. When I'm alone at night and I hear a sound... I have flashes of infinite load screens...

Please, stop the madness!

    I don't know what causes it but I know it didn't always happen. So, I'm sure with the miracles of modern technology, there must be a solution.

    Agreed. And I'm not sure which is worse, a load screen so long I restart the game, or one so long I'm seconds away from restarting the game before character screen pops. The latter one forces me to keep waiting knowing the load screen may end.
