Why aren't there more communications like this on higher priority items like issues with server stability in Cyrodiil, class/gear/skill balance in PvP/PvE? I mean stuff like this is sort of annoying, but not as gamebreaking as some of the more major stuff.ZOS_JasonLeavey wrote: »Thanks for the good feedback, guys. I find it frustrating when you're in a group (small or large) there are no easy ways to distinguish players at a distance. Only the crown is easy to tell (crown marker) but I wish you could customize group settings, so maybe each player gets a small colour marker (you can easily say "on me - orange") or an icon, like moon, sun, etc... (on me "moon"). I small scale PvP with friends and it's so hard when we're spread out someone starts calling "over here found a group" and I have no idea where this person is in relation to my position without having to ask for directions

Don't ever underestimate how much good a small message about an issue can do. We just want to know you guys acknowledge the problem and are planning to fix it. Lots of times the silence is making people draw all sorts of conclusions about not being heard.
I suppose you have a point. But just saying they are aware of extreme lag issues and server crashes couldn't hurt right? People just want it to be confirmed that they are heard. This is also why we see so many threads on the same topics. Why aren't there more communications like this on higher priority items like issues with server stability in Cyrodiil, class/gear/skill balance in PvP/PvE? The problem is what can happen with anything they do say. People misinterpret, misremember, misquote etc. and then they potentially find themselves having to defend a position they never held.
So it's common to just say nothing most of the time and only speak up when something is set is essentially set in stone, as in this case.
