DEVS...improve us Witch Hunters for outlaw system

With the release of the outlaw system and MOST players being Vamps, and maybe soon Werewolves, can you improve the look and feel of the undaunted skill line some? Make the line more useful...no one uses 90% of the Undaunted skills as they are now. We need to control the evils walking the lands preying on the weak and stupid (NPCs), and need your help here! :'(

    I agree OP. But it would be much better, it seems to me, if the vamp/ww-hunting-skill-line was exclusive to non-vamps/ww. As it is now, vamps and WWs can have undaunted/Fighter's guild skills. Basically, give pure blood humans/nords/elves/kajhiit/argonians a compelling reason to remain pure blood.

    Or at least make it so you can't learn new fighter's guild skills while being a vamp/WW. Zenimax needs to make it so choices actually make a difference in this game to increase the RP feeling.

    I would totally a dig a sort of "Inquisition" theme being implemented into the game a tad. Can we have that? Just a little bit? I think we can all agree that vampires and werewolf transformations are considered taboo in every major society of mortals.

    Basically I want the transformations to have noticeable consequences (the debuffs aren't cutting it).

    I think what you're looking for is fighters guild, which targets vamps, werewolves, ect.
    And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.

    Order of Virtuous Blood and The Silver Hand could take care of it.

    Unfortunately players have been asking for consequences to vamp/ww since before launch and it still isn't going to happen. ZOS needs the cool kids, and cool kids dont deal well with consequences to their decisions

    Hope that is not the reason :\ For when the Justice System comes into play there will be a need for us Witch Hunters to clear the lands of the adversary and it's allies (geeky kid's characters).




    Seriously...there is going to be wide scale murder of NPCs and those that oppose these actions by tons of Vamps and Werewolves. The new pvp battle grounds will no longer be in Cyrodiil. The chaos of Cyrodiil will fail to compare to the craziness that is soon to follow. That is why revamping, least improving, the Fighter/Undaunted skills will be needed. Start by not letting Vamps and WW be able to use the Fighter Guild skills...save them for the needed Witch Hunters.

    Incorrect!

    The Undaunted are dungeoneers. The Fighter's Guild are the daedra/undead/monster hunters.

    Undaunted skill and story line has to do with clearing out dungeons and seeking fame and glory. Not JUST the slaughtering of Vampires and Werewolves. (In fact I have yet to see ANYTHING mentioned while speaking to the Undaunted members in ANY city that has ANYTHING to do with VAMPIRE or WEREWOLVES.)

    Undaunted =/= Fighter's Guild.

    Fighter's Guild skill line is the line with Silver Bolts that damages the hell out of Vampire and Werewolves if you take the passive.

    Fighter's Guild skill line is the line with the morph of Expert Hunter (?) called Camouflaged Hunter that practically 1 shot's Vampires if used from stealth.

    Fighter's Guild skill line is the skill line that Vampire and Werewolves should NOT have access to.

    Cutting Vampires and Werewolves out of the Undaunted skill line and story line would cut those players off from experiencing the content that's coming out in near future updates.

    That content includes:

    DAILY DUNGEON QUESTS: Given out by the Undaunted and handed in to them for rewards and XP.

    Those rewards will include, according to the QuakeCon Video and notes form the Guild Summit (I think), special helmets and shoulder pieces that look like dungeon boss monsters IE: a Daedroth head, a Dwemer Centurian head, a Harvester head, etc etc


    As it stands there has been NO mention of ZOS expanding upon the Fighter's Guild story line or skill line. And with the exception of abilities that solely damage undead/daedra/werewolves as well as the Intimidate passive, Vampires and Werewolves have no real use for it.

    Therefore, if a certain rank is attained in the Vampire or Werewolf skill line, after you have completed the quest line for the Fighter's Guild; if that Vampire/Werewolf were from then on banned from using the Fighter's Guild skills or entering the Fighter's Guildhalls - that would be perfectly ok.
    - So long as those vampires and werewolves were given a passive to replace Intimidate
