Current Skill Point Numbers

Can I just ask if someone have the updated full breakdown of the skill points available in game thus far? Thank you.

Im up to 244 but there are more than that I just don't know how many exactly. I think the only ones I'm missing are the vet dung challenge points which some I do have but not all.

If its not alrdy to late for u I highly recommend putting all your crafting on an alt. This way you will never run out of points and you can run just about any build you want with any weapon line. Trying to fit all that with crafting is very hard to do because crafting has such a high skill point sink.

There were almost 300 available around the end of beta, so this seems plausible

I currently have 270 skill points. This embodies what I believe to be all of the PvE and 10 from PvP ranking as per my rank (each rank is a skill point). I have all the skyshards including the 4 shards that are behind enemy lines in Cryodiil. I have completed all the skill point bosses in Public Dungeons, all the story arcs, and done every Vet Dung/Reg Dung. All that being said, I have 40 more ranks to obtain for PvP.
This brings the total to 310, and NOT 320 (my bad, was guessing without logging in ). The only achievements I do not have are all the Undaunted Vet Dung ones, couple time trial achieves, emperor, Santium Ophidia and Vet DSA. I am simply assuming none of those give skill points.
Final tally: 310

Again, I may be missing a few, but it can't be many...i.e. 5 maybe.

What I figured up so far (up to 1.4.4):

Levels: 49
Skyshards: 113 skill points (338 skyshards available with upper crag + 1 skyshard from wailing prison)
Alliance war: 49 (?) 50
Public dungeon challenge:16
Group dungeon: 16
Vet group dungeon completion: 7
Main story: 10

uncle sheo: 2

Zone quest: 48 (?*)

Total: 310 311

(*still can't confirm how much skill points are from zone quests)

Sounds about right, as per previous post. Anyone wanna reconfirm this?

Upper Craglorn added a few more skillpoints, but the total is around 310 to 320. Someone in zone chat in Craglorn the other day was trying to convince everyone that there is about 433 or more. The devs have already stated a long time ago that there are not enough skill points for you to have every skill.

If I'm not wrong, than you can get another 14 Skillpoints with Update 5, where they will reduce the attribute bonus per Veteran Rank but will give you 1 Abillity & Skillpoint per Veteran Rank.

Keep in mind most of the PVP skill points are utterly unrealistic unless you devote your life to this game. One of our resident 20-hour-a-day, FOTM, AP farming players just hit legate the other day after keeping up his pace since the dawn of time. No offense to him, as he genuinely seems like one of the nicer people on that leaderboard.

I currently have 270, but one of my friends have 299 as of today, and still has 36 PVP ranks to go, 2 sky shards left, still needs vet crypt of hearts, so total of about 38 skill points that he can earn. That gives him a total of 337 skill points.

I only have a few PvP levels.
I am missing 5 Craglorn skyshards (upper delves).
I have every other skyshard in game.
I have 100% quest completion in all three factions.
I have 100% dungeon completion.
I have 100% vet dungeon completion.
I have all group public dungeon challenge completion.

I'm at 259 skill points according to last night's respec.

With that I have everything I want from all class trees, dual wield, 2h, bow, sword & shield, heavy armor, medium armor, race tree, fighter's guild, persuade from mage guild, several from undaunted, vampire full tree, provisioning, clothing, blacksmithing and woodworking... and I have 10 unspent.

Furthermore, prior to respeccing, and back at vet 12 pre-1.4, I had the following:

all light armor
all medium armor
all heavy armor
every single weapon
every single class tree
all of mage guild
all of fighter guild
vampire
race tree

I had 23 gear/skill swap macros and could bounce between caster aoe, caster single target, stamina aoe, stamina single target, healing, tanking for solo, group pve, solo pvp and group pvp...

So, yes it's viable to have a character that can literally do anything... said character just isn't likely to also craft.

You get 50 because you start at Alliance rank 0.

I think it's really lame how many skill points crafting takes up. I have maxed every profession with the exception of Provisioning. It's used over 100 skill points. I don't do alts and it's taken me ages to get 8/8 research done on my stuff so I'm not redoing that all on an alt. :S If research was account wide however it would be a perfectly viable alternative...

Just to add, I've only got 249 points, still missing a few pub dungeons and also the mages guild quest line (Adelle Montagne can die in a fire!), also only done 3 PvP ranks.

Originally, you were only intended to "master" 2 crafting lines but be able to dable in the rest. Being ale to master all crafts is supposed to be difficult and point consuming. That was supposed to encourage more trading of crafted goods but many people decided to have crafting alts so that idea (mixed with poor ways to trade early on) kind of threw that idea out of whack.
