Can anyone tip me of a set that increases stamina regen alot? Preferably including a necklace or ring. Light armor. I need to up my stamina regen bad.

AreoHotah✭✭✭✭It wont be easy. Medium armor are for stamina and there are plenty sets with that. Light passives are mostly for magicka regen. You cant really have the both at same level. It wouldnt be fair.Hota'h, Dual-wield/bow full medium armor NB Khajiit from day 1.

Above site tells you what crafted sets are where in the game.
Night's Silence and Hunding's Rage have bonuses for stamina as does Oblivions foe set.
These can be crafted with and armour, including light. You might want to consider mixing the sets since the stamina bit is around the three pieces mark, so with a weapon you might get three sets, all giving you a boost to stamina. Provided yo have the number of researched traits and can get to where they are crafted.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
