Whoever you are, you are supposed to be our representative. I don't know if you like such a label or anything related to it, but here we are. You got selected to represent us and I was wondering (since I don't know you) if you are actually open to suggestions.
So, would you be so kind and open a discussion about the lack of communication between ESO officials and us?
All other topics you will be discussing are definitely important and necessary, but this one should definitely be among them. So, if it's not too much of a problem, would you ask them why we have to read reddit before this forum, why their involvement on this forum is so abysmal, why they are using you guys as their substitutes? I am not asking you to start a fight or anything similar, just try to get the answer for their lack of interest in becoming more involved in discussion with us, players?
