Can you just focus on server stability and latency?

I have played this game with little to no lag so it is possible. However, every frikkin patch makes the game less stable, more bugs, and last night--- 2 rollbacks in cyrodiil. The map didnt actually rollback but i did(and all players).... I had to grab all cyro quests again.

I stepped near a keep and my fps went from 72fps to 16fps. I cant even go near them now. I used to play in massive siege battles with 50fps+ .

Im on an 1-7, 765gtx, 16gb ram. My internet is cable and not shared with anyone. I also pay more for the fastest internet. All my drivers are updated and ive clicked the frikking repair eso tool.
