Just wanted to post something positive in the tidal wave of negative/complaints.

I was in the Beta for ESO and loved it, sadly I was not able to buy the game until the beginning of September, the 5th to be exact :o.

I loved it even more when I started playing it!!!!

I LOVE playing it, I love the lore, I love everything about the Elder Scrolls universe. You guys have made a wonerful game, it may have a few kinks, but all of those can be worked out, what you can't fix is a bad game, which you do not need to worry about!

Sadly, my game time will be up in less than 4~ days, so I will not be able to post, I won't be able to afford new game time till atleast January at the earliest (currently saving up all my money for my mothers Christmas present)

So, before I go, I just wanted to say thank you, and I can't wait until I can play again.

~Blain

Edit: If some of you visit Reddit, I did post this on reddit in a different format, asking if I could get to 50 in time, sadly I don't think I will D:.

ESO could be the best MMO I have ever played since T4C, sincerely. If there were not many bugs.

Haven't been affected by any bugs to be honest, only problems I have are on my end, with slow texture loading/npc loading.

I'm vet8 atm. And loving game much more than pre-50, it was frustrating being constantly over levelled in zones because exp was coming way too fast if you want to do everything including dungeons.

To OP - enjoy the game, it's by far best MMO on the market now and you will have tons of fun :)

Crashs in Cyrodiil, infinite loadings, Nithtblade (works better now for sure), skills wont activates, etc...

Heading towards VR13 and still loving this game. Sure there are times that I get bored and stop playing for a while but name me one medium that keeps you completely hooked for a few hours a day, months on end.

The positives far outweigh the negatives in the world of ESO. Been playing solid since release and can't see me leaving any time soon.

    It's an enjoyable game.

Would be even more so were the developers to fix grouping and phasing.

The best thing they can do post 50 is to not force us to do the other two faction quests for each toon. If you do all three main quests on one toon that should unlock it for all. I hate that I have to do the same quests over and over just to get sky shards and explore areas. Grinding is bad enough but clicking through the endless dialog 3 more times is not something I am looking forward to.

You don't make alts do you? You only go through a single-player game once and never play it again?

ESO is the most unfriendly game when it comes to making alts because there isn't a need to make alts.

One character can do all three roles, so no need to make an alt to do another role, your character can do all of them. No need to make an alt in another faction when you are going there with your first character anyway.

The only reason to do an alt in ESO is to change classes and that's it.

If the OP is soloing the game, I'm sure he's having a great time.

If he's trying to play cooperatively through everything with another, likely no so much.

Crafting is the reason I make Alts. That and Mules. Fortunately, the Crafters don't have to level as high as the mains, but it does help to get them to the VR Ranks.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

I beg to differ. I've loved making alts with different classes and testing out the various skills and abilities that each class has to offer. It's endlessly fascinating, and helps you improve your gameplay.
The most important reason, at least in my mind, is the ability to split up the crafting tasks so each alt can excel at different crafting mediums without having one character put valuable skill points into all crafting areas. It's great to have one alt create a set of armor for another alt and place it in the bank for easy access. I also will have alts farm for mats for my other alts as part of their exploration. It gives an added depth to the game.

When I hear that someone can't play after their game time is up because they are saving to buy their mother a birthday present, it makes me want to pay their sub for a month. Too bad there's not an easy way to gift game time like you can gift stuff on Steam.

Maybe that's a function ZOS could add? Or is there an easy way to do this that I don't know about?

The simplest solution would be for him to give his mother the game subscription for Christmas, he can play it till then and as she won't want to play it afterwards either he'll be well set. Problem solved :)!

Love the Game, love my Nightblade.
Currently VR4 and love to play through the other factions.

PvP is awesome for small scale PvP but it suffers two major issues in large scale PvP:

    - AOE Caps are just stupid cause they only force people to build one massive Zerg, instead of several smaler.

    - Buff Server, this must be changed with Update 5. Let the Buffs only be active in your Home campaign and PvE. No longer allow Guesting in other campaigns.
