A Mead Hall would be an instanced, non-PVP zone where members of cross factional guilds could port to for social interaction.
Perhaps the guild leader could add musicians, tables of food, etc. from a list of pre-selected options to make the hall more festive or distinctive in decor.

✭✭✭✭✭I have mentioned before that I would like roadside inns that could also act as quest hubs for small repeatable, scaleable even, quests. The world just seems weird when you are travelling from place to place and there is nowhere along the way to stop.
Mead halls are fairly Nord centric and I'm not sure what the Khajiit equivilent would be.
I would just like one landmass, an island even, where people could meet up across factions for fishing, guild events, festivals etc. It's really hard to maintain a guild when whatever you do socially some people are going to be excluded from it.Shunrr's Skooma Oasis - The Movie. Anything that helps maintain player-to-player relations simply has to improve subscriber retention rates (to what degree I am unsure, but even if 1%, I imagine that is sizable).The problem with arguing with a jackass is that they never stop braying.

From the Aldmeri Dominion story, were you travel Khajiit lands, it seems to be a Tavern on stilts.
Altmer however lack the communal mead hall/tavern, prefering to drink with friends at home.
Dunmer seem to prefer dark Taverns, I can't recall Breton equivalent (probably just a tavern maybe with good food).
Orcs would have a Clan Hall, no non-Orcs allowed, unless the clan-chief says otherwise.
Redguards also have taverns although the Redguard nobility of course prefers to drink with friends at home.
Bosmer seem to drink in small drinking dens.
Of course the Imperials would have Taverns.
Argonians seem to be the only culture with no drinking, since their villages seem to be houses and a town hall (Hist Tree is the equivalent of local temple).People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!
