Will there be Holiday events

I know forums is probably the worst place to post something fun or non constructive, But hopefully everyone can take a break.

I was just wondering if there would be holiday events in ESO. I know in ES lore there are already a ton (and by a ton I mean a TON elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Calendar)

But I was wondering if there would be an ES event that happens when a Holiday does in real world. If there isn't maybe there could be Holidays with ES themes. Like 'Day of the Daedra' for Halloween, this would be a holiday where most people dress up like their favorite daedra/daedric prince In remembrance when Daedra first attacked Tamriel.

They said they don't plan on any regular events and even if they did, it would not be in according to real life but to in game lore.

Looks like this is the closest thing we see in TES to Christmas.

I think on Halloween Molag Bal should go all out and open up portals everywhere. It's too bad this game did not implement similar attacks like in RIFT. That would work well in this game I think.

In all things i am for lore but on Holiday events, lore be damned!

I really would like other games exept wow have these fabulous events that we can do just for fun. Everyone can participate in one way or another and these areas where parties are concentrated would be super for social interaction.

Like beerfest in wow, very nice event with lots to do.. Or Christmas event or noble garden or what evere nice holiday they are all nice to participate.

Only LOTRO has managed to bring at least to some degree, similar events that really engage me to participate. In other game sthey are just too vide spread and too litle is different in the world during these events.

I know they said they will not do these and if they still do it is lore friendly. I really pleed them to reconsider events that are also away from lore and lore events at least should exist and they truly should have impact on the gaming world.. Not just some stupid monsters to kill for some tokens but true fun events like tresure hunt, races, funny games, quests for events and all that stuff.

This really is only thing that i wish every game would copy from WOW

I 100% agree. I know Zenimax has everyone breathing on their necks about lore, and how everything has to fit into the established lore. But I would love to have a holiday for all the players to be able to kick back from questing, PvE, PvP and just take a day or more to get to experience something fun and to chill with the rest of the community.

It would make the social aspect of ESO a lot greater and strengthen the community.
