Set bonuses need multiple logs?

Not sure where this should go. I have 3/3 eagle eye items equipped (2 rings and a bow). Only 2/3 register. No extra range...

Hmm... after relogging twice and messing around, now they show. What's the deal? Do set bonuses take a while to register?
