Allow me to quote the following posted on "General discussion" today so you can understand better what am looking for

" I ve been in 5 quilds since i started ESO. The 3 of them are "known" guilds and i was there for some time
All of them were based on one group or two of elitist "all know" smart a.. kids and teens that they group always together and they use the "other" members only when needed or to fill a gap!
The funny part is that the most of the "others" staying there just because they want to belong to a well known quild
I have 3 VRs 13/12/8 and belive me i was asking for weeks for some help to finish the Craglorn quests for my first 2VRs and nobody was there to help me! Well..it was not because am a bad player or enything Its just that the main "gangs" were always locked in a ts room doing their thing
Apart of main story line quests "coulpling" the only thing i manage to do at Craglorn and that with the "other" guys was hircine's quest and that just because they were grinding after the latest patch! From the other hand i was always offering my help when any mate was asking for.
Really are there any REAL quilds friendly to new comers, ts active etc? Guilds that help their members share their knowledge show some tricks to others or all are apparted from old mates from other games and the newcomers just filling gaps and numbers?"

In addition 8 traits armor blacksmith and most weapons 8 traits clothier med /7traits light 8 traits in all woodworks,Provisioner Alchemist enchanter
Am 100% teamplayer and apparently looking for an adult quild
Thanks in advance

I can only suggest the guild I eventually ended up at - http://thenephilim.guildlaunch.com

Like you I was in several guilds but non proved enjoyable experiences till I found this one. The members are all incredibly friendly, for a small guild it is extremely active with multiple VET level events happening a week such as PVP or Craglorn or Dungeons runs.
