What changes will spellcrafting bring to the game?

What will happen when spellcrafting becomes available in the future. We can apparently craft our own spells, but how will this work? Will all classes be able to spellcraft, trade the spells you make? I want to know more...
Dodge roll everything and be respectful to other players :p ...

    They'll be a lot of complaining on the forums when the system doesn't live up to the overly-high expectations some players built of it.

    Somehow sorcs DK's damage will get buffed. While nb/Templars get nerfed.

    It will Nerf stamina builds and buff magicka builds, thats whats gonna happen but hey, I welcome anything new it might offer builds based on spellcrafting who knows

    Except for the convert magicka to stamina spell you will be able to make.

    If history tells anything, it'll break the magicka system and people will suddenly have to rely on stamina builds until it's nerfixed :p
    And so did many brave men, women, and beast fall to the end of Beta, never to be heard from again. All that is left, is whispers of the adventures they had.
