Because a sorc or a pyjama blade get 1100 and a dk 1600 and a Templar crusader 1400.2 -
ive actually ditched siphoning attacks for Haste/incapacitate which works really good, 30% speed on heavy attack to turn stam/magika it fulls up pretty fast and the increased heavy attack dmg fills in the dps which regenerating
even my full heavy 2h spec seem much better with this Haste buff too ^^ and 10% crit passive bonus while on your action bar is nice for any spec!1
