Resto nerf finally!

Cycle of life no longer increases damage.
Force weapon swap to have priority over EVERYTHING. Close enough.
Make stamina builds even with magicka builds.
Disable abilities while holding block.
Give us a REASON to do dungeons more than once.
Remove PVP AoE CAP. It is ruining Cyrodiil.
Fix/Remove Forward Camps. They are ruining Cyrodiil.
Impenetrability needs to REDUCE CRIT DAMAGE. Not negate entire builds.
Werewolf is not equal to Vamps/Bats.

    So all the people that use a resto staff for dps will just use a destro staff.

    Magicka builds no longer have a "free dps boost" over stamina. This narrows the gap even more between magicka and stamina.

    I kinda felt weird using it for that purpose anyway.

    And why did they remove the final "Bonk" sound when you killed a target after your staff lost all its charges.

    That Bonk sound kill was as funny as the way Gargoyles used to do back flips when you killed them in Diablo I.

    Awesome changes in 1.4.4

    - Stamina Regen on Heavy Attacks with 2Handers, 1Hand+Schild, Bows and Two Weapons
    - Magicka Regen on Heavy Attacks with Restoration Staff and Destruction Staff
    - Circle of Life changed from Bonus DMG to Bonus Magicka Regen.
    - Medium Armor Buff from 14% Skill Reduction up to 21%.

    Confirmed. The 10% dmg on cycle of life is still there.

    I think the DMG is already high enough in this game. There for, I wouldn't have a problem if Magicka DMG loses ~200DPS overall in sustained DPS.

    Now after all the Stamina love. It is time for some Nerfs to Bow Stealth DMG. Can't be that it is way higher than Melee Stealth DMG. Cause you know, Risk vs. Reward. (It think thats the case why Magic Nukes don't get Stealth DMG)

    Hopefully soon. I think one help would be to fix the armor/spell penetration mechanics. That, combined with an increase in stamina DPS builds, would make armor much more important.

    While now getting even more Magicka back from the resto staff and destro staff how gives back magicka on heavy attacks which you can shorten the time of. So expect way more impulse zergs and way more destro staves. They didn't change anything that will make a serious difference they just lowered a lot of people's DPS.

    I'm glad changes like this are tested a lot before being put Live! That eliminates issues on patch day!

    Man when this is working I am probably going to hit the hardcap on magicka recovery, If only I could funnel some of that into health.

    Caster builds using Resto staff as an offensive choice was the issue. Destruction staff IS an offensive choice and should be the offensive choice.

    This flat out nerfs my shadow mage (or blood mage ... whatever people want to call it) nightblade but I am ok with it as it makes sense. Holding a resto staff that is meant to heal shouldn't be my offensive choice over destruction staff. When I hold a d staff I actually get weaker. That is simply bad game design.

    About this patch: Shadow Cloak still fails if an enemy is casting a channel on you. Just happened in game.

    If I were a stamina user, I'd probably have realized by now that the game was never designed for full stamina builds and adapted. The game pretty much tells you by level 6 that it is based on Magicka. Nothing like trying to fight a square peg into a round hole.
