Cyrodiils Light item set jewelry bug or?..

You can buy 2 different VR14 ring items (Ring of Cyrodiils Light and Band of Cyrodiils Light which have IDENTICAL stats) for Cyrodiils Light set from the PvP merchant but no necklace. The similar set based on weapon damage has the necklace available. Is it just a bug, because otherwise this makes no sense.

Lots of sets have two different rings (one called a "Ring" and another called a "Band"). Unassailable has a band, a ring, and a necklace.

Very few of the PVP sets actually have both a necklace and rings. It is a ridiculously stupid design decision to split up sets like this. I guess ZOS wants us to be grateful given how jewelry is not included in most PVE sets so the inclusion in the PVP sets is the smallest of possible bones they could throw to us.

@ZOS_GinaBruno‌ could you look into this? It would be nice to have a necklace be part of this set instead of having items with the same stats. Thank you

It helps when you're running one of the outfitter add-ons for gear swapping. If the rings are named the same, then it has issue swapping them out. Works great when one is band and one is ring. I'd like a necklace for the set, but first, I'd like them to make the set bonus work properly.

Please share what aspect of this set doesn't work. I know the 2 piece spell damage does but not sure about the rest.

Yeah, outfitter function is vital for me... However, the tools need to be able to function off of a unique identifier for everything vs. reliance upon naming... For example I use multiple Cyrodill light rings w/diff enchants depending upon the encounter and I need to make sure Wykkyds is doing this right otherwise, oops.
