Zenimax, What do you plan to do to make up for Lost Game Time / Consumer Frustration

I'm sure at this point you guys can whip up something special for us. The frustration levels have gone through the roof.

I and a lot of players would like for you guys to show that you care about our time and money by providing us with just a little compensation whether it be through game time or other things due to the constant crashing and nearly unplayable PvP (and PvE) experience most of us have experienced over the past week.

I can understand the frustration that you feel as well Zenimax. I'm sure you don't intentionally mess things up. But, in the end we are the consumer and feel like we should be treated with more care.

I'm not the type at all to ask for a monetary compensation, but after this latest update, a monetary compensation in the form of 'free' gametime is the only thing that will make me feel even remotely reimbursed for the *** ZOS is making paying customers go through.

ESO has turned into Elder Login Simulator. The community managers are the only people who you hear and see and the actual people responsible for this horrible piece of *** are nowhere to be found.

i dont want free game time, i want what i expected when i came to eso.
i thought about this for quite a while now and i have the following that i know will be my final answer on this issue:
if the eso devs would give me dark brotherhood invitation and allow me to enter into the dark brotherhood and live there "within Vvardenfell" area and allow for me to have awesome looking dark brotherhood armor "with a proper morrowind style face mask" AND also increase my duel wield axes and daggers by a significant amount along with great increase to my survivability, in addition allow me to roam anywhere i wish with the high increased speeds i had previous to patch 1.4 then indeed i would feel MUCH more at home and have a place to allow my frustrations of the current state of eso troubles to be overlooked would help me Greatly and i would not realy be as irritated as i am at current while playing eso.

between 1.2's fps bug and this patch's crash cycle there's been at least a month where i could not PvP without the client having issues that render the game near unplayable.

1.2 killed a bunch of guilds, this one might too if nothings done

Sadly, the FPS bug was never really fixed. It was made better but still most of us suffer with 5 FPS game play in large battles despite having machines that can easily handle it.

IMO that is the underlying cause of this as well. It wasn't like we were crash free before this patch in fact crashing occurred on a fairly regular basis. On a given night of PvP I expected to crash at least 5 times. This patch just made it worse. Now it's 5+ times per hour. With any large battle the FPS goes to crap and the crash is not far behind.

You mean like we may get tricked another months sub for stuff to "come out soon" or get treated to a new patch that breaks the game again.

Shadow of Mordor?? Hells yes my friend. That game is going to rock! Preordered the PC digital. Sept 30 will be a new era of death and destruction (the way a Nightblade should play in ESO.) The last time they seriously broke pvp and 60% of my guilds left, they did nothing. So, I will assume based on track record they will do nothing again.

We will get a rebuttal of:
"We know there are issue and we are working on them. As soon as we are able to push a patch we feel confident about, we will let you know. Thank you for your patients."

Translated to:
We have no idea what we are doing, we will push patches and hope they work and when we do push said patch we may or may not post all of the changes to Reddit and let the customers copy/paste them to our forums along with all the unintended changes that passed QA (guess they were afk during testing). 15 dollars please.

Zenimax loves to take our money, give us MAYBE a night of good fun, and then leave us, while they count the IRL-1007Z. Kind of reminds me of a word I can't without getting a ban on the forums.

@AlienDiplomat‌ been thinking the same. It's ok to provide some details but since this IS definitely an issue, why should they not investigate it yet?
I am not as far as you concering frustration with the game, but every day, every little issue that gets added makes me wonder "Should I keep playing or is this the little thing that makes the fun I get from playing worth less than all these frustrations?"
