Add a hardcore campaign

When I say hardcore I mean more of a special rules campaign that would bring new elements to PvP. I haven't exactly thought everything over but I'd rather get it out there then hear the communities ideas to add to it.

New Rules:
No FC's - This would drastically decrease the amount of zergs (I played last night and could never find a single player to fight or a small group to battle, it was only Zerg fights)
Deaths mean something - This would make Cyrodiil seem more like survival like it did when the game first came out. There should be some sort of debuff if a player dies a lot in a certain time period. (would also make people play smarter instead of just throwing bodies at the enemies)
Kill streaks - Same thing like deaths, but after a certain amount of kills in one life you could get some kind of buff

Like I said, very brief, but I'd rather see what the community would want if there were to be a special rules campaign.

    people are quitting pvp and the game at such a rate that we can only really populate one campaign right now... it would be very underpopulated.

    here is what I think could be in it... if it even worked that is.

    1. unable to use abilities while blocking.
    This would make players actually FIGHT, instead of holding up their block and spamming lava whip or whatever ability at that time they are using.

    2. Either remove FCs, or have a player spawn with only 25-50% of their total stats, as well as having healing on them/used by them reduced by 50%.
    a VERY extreme penalty; I know, but it sure as heck would stop the zerg balls that are widely used throughout PvP.

    3. increase siege weapon damage.
    You want to bunch up in the middle of the battlefield in front of the enemy keep? Then pay for your stupidity. HEAVILY increase siege weapon damage, as well as adding special effects for each(stone weapons knock players down, shock weapons reduce mana, ice weapons reduce stamina) oil also will have friendly fire. You want to use it at point blank range? that's cool. Just expect to kill your teammates(and yourself as well) if you try it.

    4. Keep walls will have ALOT more health. Idk the numbers, but I think they should have a lot more health, in a hardcore campaign.

    5. "siege fatigue"
    If you siege a keep for... let say 2 or more hours. You will suffer battle fatigue. Your stats will be reduced by 25%, damage reduced by 25%, healing done and received reduced by 25%, and siege weapons will also deteriorate faster. This will make a siege more about skill and tactics, than which side has the most Forward camps.

    These are my ideas.

    i agree with the above

    though I would love to see special rules campaigns along these lines, until we can balance even just 1 campaign, it would just become an underpopulated buff server with special rules

    They are 1 bar by default. sometimes it feels as if your the only person on your faction in some of those servers. Its pretty sad how only one server is where the PvP is at if you can call it that after recent updates.

    I agree with all of this, and for #3, I was thinking of having catapults be more deadly seeing they are made to take down groups. Right now catapults aren't amazing because they don't have a long range and they don't have high damage.
