Bind one button for Weapon Slot 2, another button for Weapon Slot 1

As the title says, is this possible? Due to the problem with weapon swapping I am constantly pushing the weapon swap button 1 too many times and end up with the original weapon I had. I would love to be able to press 1 button repeatedly to make absolute certain I swap to a specific weapon, not just continuously back and forth between the two.

It is not a current feature and there are no addons for it.
I suggested this a couple of times. It would be an amazing option for people that have more than three fingers and mouse thumb buttons and thumbs. Unfortunately it is not a very popular idea since that is a very small portion of ESO players.

The weapon swapping is so buggy in this game you HAVE to spam that one button sometimes though. 1/3 of the time I swap my weapon, 1/3 I swap twice and 1/2 the time nothing happens.

And no thats not a typo
