Can someone help me i would like to download the loading screen we can see in game do anyone know where i can download them i know i can download i few of them on ESO webpage but i don't think that is all off them would glad if anyone could point me in right direction

    You could always just use print screen.

    I know it is pretty straight forward but a google image search seemed to pull up most of them although I don't have an official count of how many they are or where they are stored in the game data.

    Using punctuation helps the reader better understand the text. You are asking a community for "help". It is your responsibility to effectively communicate. Omitting punctuation makes the text difficult to read, and will likely have a negative impact on your desired outcome.

    After reading your response (quoted above), I conclude that the lack of punctuation is only a small part of your communication problem.
