Where is the revised gear sets info for update 4?

I can't find anything on the gear sets that came with supposedly update 4? Either changes or new gear sets (crafting/loot drops)??? Is ZOS hiding from this? Logically in the patch notes they should give us the new gear names, exisitng sets with modifications etc ... Talk about a bad PR for ZOS ..lol Other games include this information after a content update. Does anyone know where I can find this info?
