@ZOS_CatK, perhaps a note to the Dev's to offer some sort of checkbox option for people with more limited mobility, etc.
Just because you don't like the way something is doesn't necessarily make it wrong...

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS2 -

Congrats!!! The next time it gets easier as you know what to expect. Once I had my first go through (a Dragon Knight) then the Night Blade was taken through much the same way. I promptly forgot my own rules on the Sorcerer and tried to do some heavy damage, that did not work. So, I went back to staying mobile and light attacks and whittled him down.
Fortunately, all my Questing Alts have done this battle so I have 3 in Caldwells quests.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
