Where's the Frost Lord
I'm trying to get the General Executioner achievement at dark anchors. I can't find the Frost Lord. I've seen on Google that it shows up in Eastmarch. So I've been going around doing all the anchors there for days now and still no Frost Lord. I've had plenty of the other bosses. The Storm Lord shows up a lot. Has anyone seen the Frost Lord or is this thing bugged?

whsprwind✭✭✭It does show up. Took me like 100 dolmens for Nomeg Haga (i still remember his ** name). Same thing, killed all the other bosses at least 3 times and storm lord like 5 times
Personally i feel executioners are more likely to appear at night so try n get an addon that shows tamriel time when hunting them.NA(PC) - EP
