New pvp rewards and different campaign durations.. Do they scale?

So the first question that popped into my head when 1.4 launched.. U get new and cool pvp rewards YAY! But you can get an item per week in a 7 day campaign, do you get 4 items as a rewards for playing the 30 day campaign?

Imagine the difference. Finish in the top 2% and get one of the new enchant items, legendary, once a week or once a month. I havent seen any sold yet, but in terms of gold value I would estimate a difference in the hundreds of thousands were u to sell them.
