Medium Armor Improved Sneak Passive Broken with Update 4

Yep yet again another Passive that Nightblades rely on has been broken by the new update. I am now being detected while in stealth mode in areas where I was never detected before since the new patch and I wear a full set of Medium Armor. Couple this with the already reported Shadow Cloak problems you make the Nightblade Class almost unplayable. Then if any of these issues do get fixed it will be in a update patch that could take months.
