If you are talking about PvP, then there are many great options for stamina NB's. Hundings is a good one, so is Spectre's Eye(stack evasion or double take on top of this for great survival).

Torug's Pact is good with a disease enchanted weapon, it will make those tanky healers much easier to kill.

The arena set is a good one too, as break free is essential for survival as a stamina user but is still quite expensive.
