Dragonstar Arena sets...

I am vr14.
The sets I am seeing are all vr13. Is there any plan to adding vr14 sets? It seems rather silly to add new content and up the level cap for said content and yet not have armor for that cap.

Is this going to be like Warlock and other dropped sets that eventually went up in level with future patches? If so, will it be in the next month? Or do we have to wait for a new content update? Also what about sets like Ravager, Warlock, Morag Tong, etc; will they get raised up as well?

This is something we need to know.

You doing normal Dragonstar Arena or Vet Dragonstar Arena?

Normal Dragonstar Arena, the loot appears to be capped at V13

V14 do drops in the new trials. Just like lower craglorn only dropped V11 and you needed to do trials to get V12 sets.

I was hopping Vet Dragonstar Arena (as all members have to be V14 to go in) would drop V14 but I have not seen any yet.

Pretty sure I read a dev saying somewhere that Vet Dragonstar had a CHANCE of dropping v14. So you need to play the RNG game to get V14 in four man content, but trials is where it is at for v14 gear.

In Vet Arena, the trash blue items are V14, the actual interesting set pieces are still only V13 (but are purple instead of blue). So you mostly just work your butt off to save four purple upgrade mats. If they change it, I hope they send out some back rewards to those of us that have spent hours slogging through it trying to beat it so far getting crap for rewards. Once we get the finish, I don't think we'll return due to the poor rewards vs risk.
