HM AA Dropping Normal Mode Loot

I think this should probably be fixed asap...
Necklace of Advancing Yokeda: Dropped from HM AA Mage. This is a lower quality normal mode version. You can tell because the trait is giving 78 stats, whereas the previous hardmode loot gave 81.

Aether Ring of Restoration: Dropped from HM Quest completion coffer. This is a V13 Normal version, lower quality item than used to drop here.

Furthermore, sets in Dragonstar veteran are dropping at V13...
