Only Sorcs should get it, that would reduce its spam by all other classes.

    no to making it class specific. to reduce the spam of impulse(and im not saying it should or shouldn't be): cost more or do less damage, that's how to nerf something.

    Impulse should be blockable. Like almost all other AOEs (Blazing Spear, e.g.).

    Impulse actually needs to have its cost almost doubled in my opinion.

    I don't have a problem with the ability itself, I just find it a bit ridiculous how many times players can cast it.

    or it could be removed... that would also be nice

    Not the only options. They could add a casting time, or a cooldown as well.

    And weapons aren't tied to calss, so no difference.

    Impulse is really disballanced skill, I've tried to open it on DK destro asap (it happens in the end of Deshaan loc) and then pass all content to VR1 with one-button gameplay. I think it should be nerfed.
